Emtek Metal has moved the integration of robotic systems to the trial phase in order to make its production processes smarter and more efficient. This step is part of the company’s strategy to put technology at the centre of production in line with its digital transformation vision. In the trial process, the company started using advanced technology equipment such as robotic arms, CNC machines and autonomous transport systems. With these systems, it is aimed to reduce human errors, especially in cutting, welding and transport. Robotic systems ensure consistency in product quality by increasing speed and precision in repeated operations.

In addition, these trials support the role of operators on the production line, with workers simply monitoring systems and focusing on maintenance and control tasks. This approach both improves work safety and increases productivity. Especially at critical points such as welding and assembly, robot support enables processes to proceed in a more controlled manner. Emtek Metal plans to gradually expand this technology transformation. In the first stage, according to the success rate of the systems tested in pilot lines, robotic integration will be spread to the entire production line. In this way, the company aims to achieve both cost advantage and to reinforce its technological leadership in the sector.
